Our next block of strike action covers Tuesday 14, Wednesday 15 and Thursday 16 February. Let’s all play our part in putting Higher Education employers, including the University of Exeter, under renewed pressure now that UCEA (the national representative body negotiating on their behalf in the pay/working conditions dispute) has agreed to participate in a new set of negotiations overseen by ACAS.

PICKETING. To focus our efforts this week, picketing will only take place on TUESDAY in both Exeter and Cornwall:
EXETER, TUESDAY ONLY: Pickets will run 8.00-11.00am at Streatham (Stocker Road entrance; Prince of Wales Road entrance; Thornlea main entrance). No picket at St Luke’s.
PENRYN, TUESDAY ONLY: A picket will run 8.00-10am on the Tremough Campus, Penryn (car drive entrance off Treliever Rd), coordinated with Falmouth UCU

We are delighted to have teach-out sessions running in both Exeter and Cornwall this week.
PENRYN TEACH-OUT: Tuesday 14 Feb, 12-6pm (The Fish Factory). Including free soup for lunch, 1.30pm (first come, first served)
